Full Moon: 13 Pisces 53

…WHOOSH…

Generally speaking, a full moon brings revelation, culmination, closure to an issue within the themes of the house wherein it occurs. A fuller, deeper reflection of the state of affairs (moon) is presented to the individual (sun) who then makes the appropriate adjustments and changes. For those with natal placements in proximity of a full moon, it’s all clear as a bell; the writing is on the wall*. The next step is obvious. Yet here we have a full moon in Pisces, conjunct the ruler of Pisces, Neptune, for a maximum dose of whatever the zeitgeist is exhaling. Neptune seeps beneath our radar most of the time. To fully grasp the significance of this full moon, check out some thoughts on the Sea God here and particularly here. The rest of this post should then make more sense.

Ideally, this full moon speaks to a thorough cleansing; of conscious awareness meeting itself in the Great Mysteries and returning with earth-realm tech support. If you can visualise a co-creative plan around these images, you walk on sometimes difficult but holy ground. Flow forth.

The very best generalised thing I can say about this span of days is that it may well allow the majority of us to break free from the undertow of eclipse season. A culmination of personal side effects on the more physical levels of life, so to speak (like, could I start finding my bearings again?!). This much uncontained water can push us floating off again. Frankly, I think a good whoosh is preferable to the endless whirl I have been in lately. By Sunday, may ‘the waters’ recede.

With the moon in Pisces, in Neptune’s borderless lap, the only thing worth keeping in mind is the GRACE that you have enjoyed thus far in life, the blessings/good fortunes that have come to you through no conscious earning on your own part. The most simple kinds of truth are the only ones that count. Kindness with no strings attached. On this humble, broad bandwidth we can venture forth in faith.

Emotional overload – plummeting or soaring – is possible. I am counseling on hitting the pause button when it comes to acting out on any drama that arises with Others. If at all possible, contemplate the opposing perspective after some rest with the aim of best outcome for all. There is a sextile to Pluto in Capricorn, however, a lot of good a bridge does you if you can’t see for certain where to step on! With that said, …
If, within your circumstance, you feel confident and at peace about ‘a way across’ that you see, by all means Go For It.

You can get a bit more traction with the sun; it is trining Pluto: any thoughts, intentions and actions rooted in the common good are blessed and approved by the Recycling King as good building stock – that means you will see real-world results in due time. There is great potential here for increasing your antifragility status (you can find out more about that here). I just saw a quote yesterday in an immigration office, of all places, that seems perfect for this moment,

‘If you are busy judging people, you have no time to love them.’ – Mother Teresa.

Perhaps it is useful to remember that ‘loving’ in this sense can mean being in a state of acceptance of an Other’s composite existence. Just start there and yes, expect miracles. They are somewhat common when you are looking for them and these are particularly magical times!

Full Moon: 17 Capricorn 9′

That the outer space is dark, as opposed to our sky, is because there is no air or matter to reflect the light. In fact, the empty space is filled with visible light. We cannot see it because light, Intelligible or worldly, is the dark revealer: It only manifests the face of the Other and not Its own.  – Tomajj (source)

Full Moon: 17 Capricorn 9′

A full moon is a welling up to the brim. How deep the well source is from life’s surface events will determine how easy it is to connect the dots between what’s happening in your reality and what’s causing it. This is particularly of concern with a full moon in Capricorn; this sign prefers to curb its focus towards production and on-time delivery according to contract. Still, there’s cause to believe root issues may be maintaining their link to surface ruptures…

The recent new moon in Cancer had our strength of will marching forth for a greater sense of security. We soon experienced an episode involving someone or something far more entrenched and immovable than our will could conquer. Acting on the sense to just step a few paces to the right or left, in deference or support, was clearly the most pro-active thing to do. And we will not forget what we’ve become conscious of since that steamy parade of feelings passed through us. Our thoughts and mindset are still on these matters. We have a better lock on some facet of our needs – and now hold an upgraded edition of the map of the near-terrain. Score.

There’s also the fact that Pluto has been in Capricorn for years now and crested the half-way point. Deep mining, earthquakes, breaches of structural integrity in the mind/body/spirit, lessons in heavy equipment operation, the floor falling away from underneath, alone-ness in promotion/the top corner office/retirement are a few descriptors. Now we know what’s Real and what is fluff. Now we are getting serious. There’s very little left circling the drain. Another score.
Soon Now its time to find the plug, put it back in and start to refill our tub. The warmth of Generous Spirit and the Creative Muse beckon us to insist that we can BE even amidst and even in spite of the rubble.
cap FM cyp 9jul17The ruler of the full moon is Saturn, retrograde at 22 50’ Sagittarius: The Teacher is trining, off and on in a longer cycle, the archetype of the Sky is the Limit in Aries, the Individual. Stay open to the effortless flow of affirmations on tap from your Inner Mindscape; cognition generally lags but the download is in progress. The Teacher is also holding a few supplementary new term classes, open to everyone, in rooms currently held by the north node in Leo: strive this way! Sit up and take note of where and how you are learning about your strengths, your skills. Who are your trustworthy critics? Who wants to see you succeed? A support system is prime for forming if you don’t skip class.

As with all full moons intimately held within Pluto’s grip, we know we need to take some caution in our daily life. Avoid haste in all things. You may have your baggage sorted or at least well-latched but others may not. Just about every one of us can be triggered. Be ready to breathe through urges, save your fire for your own productive use.

Capricorn strives for permanence, Pluto is transformational: expect events to explain/define the state of affairs within one of your power-bonds with Others that directly affects your abilities to gain sustenance. If you have natal markers within range, you will feel Power moving into delicious alignment with your success – or – you can expect these affairs will now undergo a process of transformation that must occur in order for your feet to find solid ground again.

For some, this will be a rough patch with genuine fears and concerns – please, try to remember to practice only giving your attention to Now: the needs and issues of this moment only. In no way does soaking in anxiety about future moments aid you in meeting those moments when they arrive. I do realize that this is easier said than done. And relief…I believe there is a sliver, at least, of relief. Try to articulate and celebrate each and every positive truth you carry with you. Know that you are not alone in your experiences.

There will be very few who can say they really didn’t see this coming. Its Time…time to discover a whole new world of realities you didn’t have space for before.
The blessings of true wealth to you,

Full Moon: 20 Scorpio 24

Diagnosis

Life is busy busy busy now and this full moon in Scorpio will likely only hold our attention for a brief moment. Yet for those with natal placements in key sectors at these degree points, it will bring a cause for deep pause. An arrested and poignant moment arrives and we have to catch our breath… Shared Exchanges + Time = a Nutritional Evaluation. For some, the field will be left to rest for now and for others, this crop is history.

A full moon in Scorpio is symbolic of bringing interior parts out into the sunny open air and that’s because the hidden emotional workings in the psyche that gauge need-fulfillment require a thorough reckoning from time to time. Completely under the beams of a Taurus sun, green shoots reach for the sky and we can see just how nutrient dense the soil our crop has been growing in really IS.

Season and Episode

Using Astro 101, we know the archetypal rulers of the full moon are Pluto and Mars. Pluto can help us articulate the life season we are experiencing and Mars in Gemini describes the spectrum of ways we can personally co-create during this episode in the here and now.

As discussed here often, Pluto is grinding his way through Capricorn and you can use the tag cloud on the homepage for oodles of further reading. Keep in mind that this energy entity is also known as the divine octave to our mortal Mars.

Much more likely to be within our command to wield is Mars in his transit of Gemini. Here, our inner warrior must guard against depletion from a scattering of force and even a tendency to forget original intents and motivations. However, clearly some diversity is appropriate. Revisit your plan and expect to see how you can do more within the boundaries of the same theme. Nimble, yes! but do not rush. When making a choice, evaluate according to that which is most durable, best suited to the task at hand, of quality material. The new moon in two weeks’ time will be rooted in this same energy field (4’Gemini)…in times of brain-rest now, allow the mind soup to stir.

There is much to sort as we grieve or exalt in the closing of a door we once used and if you find yourself or someone near to you experiencing this, even as the rest of life keeps you bobbing along, start each day with a little whispered promise that you will invest in that which is worthy.

We have been watching from a distance as a grouse hen nested down just a few centemeters from a cliff edge at the top of the property. Her caring investment has yielded just 4 out of 10 potential little ones…she will not return. Yet in good time, she will seek a worthy partner and nest and invest again.
